Sept 23, 2018 The text of the Constitution has been updated to incorporate the 25th Amendment Act (to mainstream the Federally Administered Tribal Areas), which received the assent of the President on May 31, 2018.
May 26, 2018 The text of the Constitution has been updated to reflect changes made by the 22nd, 23rd and 24th Amendment Acts and is current as of this date.
January 7, 2015 Constitution (Twenty First Amendment) Act, 2015 is now in effect after Presidential assent. The text of the Constitution has been updated.
January 6, 2015 Constitution (Twenty First Amendment) Bill, 2015 - passed by the National Assembly and Senate on January 6, 2015. The text of the Constitution will be updated once the President's Assent has been received.
October 5, 2014 Pakistan Penal Code updated with all amendments to-date. The last amendment was the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2012 (XXIII of 2002), with effect from December 3, 2012.

February 8, 2013 Constitution (Twentieth) Amendment Act, 2012 - assented to by the President on Feburary 28, 2012. The text of the Constitution has been updated to reflect this amendment. Pakistani.org apologizes for the long delay.
January 1, 2011 Constitution (Nineteenth) Amendment Act, 2010 - assented to by the President on January 1, 2011. The text of the Constitution has been updated to reflect this amendment.
December 30, 2010 Constitution (Nineteenth) Amendment Bill, 2010 - passed by the Senate on December 30, 2010.
December 22, 2010 Sections 11, 25, 28 and 29 of the Protection of Women (Criminal Laws Amendment) Act, 2006 have been struck down by the Federal Shariat Court. The Federal Government has been given until June 22, 2011 to bring these sections into conformance as determined by the court until which point they remain operative. The declaration part of the judgment is available here. See Dawn's report (which erroneously states that three sections were struck down as opposed to the correct number which is four).
