CONSTITUTION (FIFTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1981
PRESIDENT’S ORDER 14 OF 1981

The following Order made by the President is hereby published for general
information:-
In pursuance of the Proclamation of the fifth day of July 1977, read
with the Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977(C.M.L.A. Order No. 1 of
1977), and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the President
is pleased to make the following Order:-

Short title and commencement.-

This Order may be called the Constitution (Fifth Amendment) Order, 1981.

It shall come into force at once.

Amendment of Article 1 of P.O. No. 13 of 1981.-
In the
Constitution (Fourth
Amendment) Order, 1981 (P. O. No. 13 of 1981), in Article 1, in
clause (2),
after the word “once” at the end, the words, comma and figure
“and shall
be deemed to have taken effect on the first day of July, 1981”
shall be
added and shall be deemed always to have been so added.
